What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are set to be displayed in Euro (EUR) by default, as I mainly sell internationally. The native store currency is Danish Kroner (DKK) however.

Can I view prices in my own currency?

Absolutely! You can change the currency in the upper right corner of the store. Simply click on "DKK" to open the list of currencies and select your preferred currency. If you are on a mobile device, you first have to open the menu bar (≡), before you can access the list of currencies.

Which payment methods does your store accept?

Payments can be made through Paypal Wallet, Visa and Master Card.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes I do! I run all my payment plans manually, so be adviced that you need to contact me ahead of your purchase, if you want to make use of this option.

My financial situation has changed. Can I make changes to my payment plan or cancel it?

Absolutely! Because I run my payment plans by myself, I can offer a great deal of freedom in terms of size and number of installments, as well as payment pace. This means that you can tailor your payment plan around your own needs and ability to pay. I'm happy to go along with the plan that suits your wallet best, as long as your purchase is paid off within a reasonable amount of time.

If your ability to pay changes while you are on a payment plan, you can request modifications to be made to it, such as a temporary halt, smaller installments or a changed payment pace. My payment plans are meant to make my plushies more easily affordable, and I do not charge extra for changes to them.

It is also possible to cancel the payment plan altogether, if your monetary situation calls for it. In this case I'll refund any previously paid installments, minus a cancelation fee (see next question for details).

Question 6

How do your payment plans work?

It's rather simple and straight forward. You suggest the number of payments you want to split your purchase into, and the intervall at which you wish to pay. If everything sounds reasonable to me, that is what we agree on. From there I set up a special listing for you, where you can make your first payment. The listing contains an overview of the agreed upon plan, as well as information regarding the item(s) you want to purchase. The overview is updated after each paid installment, making it easy to keep track of your payment progress.

Are there any fees if I cancel my payment plan?

Yes. There is a cancelation fee of 120 DKK that will be deducted from your refund. The fee is meant to compensate me for the time I've spent on the setup and management of your payment plan.

An additional fee may apply, if you've ordered a plushie with custom markings or colors. The size of the fee depends on the time already spent on consulting and planning for the plushie, as well as any expenses I may have had in relation to aquiring custom materials for it.

Question 8

Do I receive my item right away if I'm on a plan?

No. For safety reasons I do not ship finished plushies, or begin work on commissioned ones while they're still in the process of being paid for. Your order won't be processed until after the final payment has been made.

• A finished plushie is marked as "reserved" when put on a payment plan. It cannot be claimed by anybody else, while it is being paid for. The plushie will be shipped as soon as it has been fully paid for.

• Work on a plushie, that has yet to be made, will begin upon final payment. The plushie will be shipped upon completion.

Question 9

Do you ship to countries outside of Denmark?

Yes, I am able to ship to most countries in the world, using the services of PostNord, GLS and Coolrunner.

Question 10

Do you ship to Russia or Belarus?

Accepted Answer

I'm currently unable to ship items to either country. PostNord and GLS have both suspended all shipping services relating to the two countries, because of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and current EU sanctions.

Do your prices include shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes, international shipping is included in all my prices. All orders containing plushies include 1st priority shipping with Track&Trace and at least one attempt at home delivery.

Question 12

Do you collect and remit VAT?

Accepted Answer

No. When an item is shipped to an address outside of the European Union, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond my control and are at your own expense.

Question 13

How is my order packed?

Accepted Answer

Your order will be packed securely and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with plastic wrappings inside. Each plushie is packed in a plastic bag as an extra precaution against dirt and moisture. I reuse packaging materials for my shipments.

When will my order be shipped?

Accepted Answer

Finished plushies will usually be packed and dispatched within 1-2 workdays after received payment. Plushies that are made upon order have a longer processing time and may take a few weeks (or longer if I'm very busy), before they are ready to be shipped. You are always welcome to contact me for a time estimate if you are considering a made-upon-order item.

Question 15

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, tracking is included in all shipments that contain plushies. In most cases you will be able to track your parcel all the way to your own doorstep. Some destinations do not offer full tracking however, in which case you might only be able to track your parcel part of the way. At the bare minimum you will be able to track your parcel until it has left Denmark.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an e-mail containing your tracking information. You should be able to begin tracking your item within a couple of hours from receiving the notification. Please contact me, if you suspect that your tracking information may be incorrect and I'll look into it.

Question 16

How long delivery time should I expect on my item?

Accepted Answer

The delivery time varies from country to country. Shipments within Denmark should arrive within 1-2 workdays after dispatch. Deliveries within the EU average about a week. For shipments outside the EU, there is an additional delay at customs. Most parcels arrive within 1-4 weeks after dispatch, but there may be significant delays caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic and congestions at facilities.
