Item description:

This super adorable calf was commissioned by Syverrin and is an original character of theirs. It was made from some of my last remnants of my wheat colored fur, and features custom markings with beautiful grey gradients. This shaggy looking calf stands about 30 cm tall. It has a floppy body, making it able to alter between standing and sitting positions.

A lot of effort and care has gone into making this plushie as life like as possible. The muzzle is very rich in details. It features proper nostrils and a slightly opened mouth with a dark tongue that can be tucked away inside. The feet have been given just as much attention and sport actual cloven hooves and petite dew claws. Every one of these tiny details and the above mentioned markings have been sewn by hand. Planning and production time for this plushie was 65 hours over a period of 11 days. 

Materials, production and dispatch:

This adorable calf was made in an environment free of cigarette smoke and perfume, but not entierly pet free as I have cats.

The body is made from three shades of high quality faux fur with a slightly shaggy structure and a pile length of 20 to 25 mm. The tail tip is made from shaggy fur with a pile length of up to 70 mm. The nose and feet have been made with synthetic suede, a fabric that is made to resemble brushed leather and has a soft feel to it. Minky fabric with a 5 mm nap has been used for the furry parts of the snout and the tongue is made with dark felt. The calf has been fitted with 14 mm plastic safety eyes, which are lined with black imitate leather to improve their shape and for an added touch of realism. Siliconized polyester fibers have been used to stuff the body. The legs have been sealed off from the rest of the body, allowing for the legs to be stuffed firmly enough to carry the weight of the the body, while the rest of the calf is stuffed very lightly.

Usage:

This plush is best used as an ornamental piece for indoors decoration purposes. It is not suitable as a toy and should be kept away from children and pets at all times. The plush can't be washed if it gets dirty and may easily get damaged.
