Item Description:
Say hello to Taeana, the brown and tan calf with adorable little spots dotted around her body! This slightly shaggy looking plush calf was commissioned by Taebear and is an original character of theirs. She stands about 31 cm tall and features custom markings.
A lot of effort and care has gone into designing my calf pattern and making Taeana as life like as possible. Taeana's muzzle is very rich in details. It features proper nostrils and a slightly opened mouth with a pink tongue that can be tucked away inside. The feet have been given just as much attention and sport actual cloven hooves and petite dew claws. Every one of these tiny details and the above mentioned markings have been sewn by hand. Production time for this plush was 37 hours over a period of 7 days.
Materials:
This cute little girl was made in an environment free of cigarette smoke and perfume, but not entierly pet free as I have a cat.
Taeana's body is made from a combination of care bear fur and luxury faux fur with a pile length of 15 mm. The tail tip is made from luxuary mongolian faux fur. The nose and feet have been made with synthetic suede, a fabric that is made to resemble brushed leather and has a soft feel to it. Minky fabric with a 3 mm nap has been used for the furry parts of the snout and the tongue is made with micro fiber cloth. Taeana has been fitted with 14 mm plastic safety eyes, which are lined with black imitate leather to improve their shape and for an added touch of realism. Siliconized polyester fibers have been used to stuff Taeana's body until firm enough to stand properly.
Usage:
This plush is best used as an ornamental piece for indoors decoration purposes. It is not suitable as a toy and should be kept away from young children and pets at all times. It can be used for play with older children if handled gently. Keep in mind though, that this is an artist doll. It is a work of art and not a toy. The plush can't be washed if it gets dirty and may easily get damaged.
